Birth Guide Package - $1500

My Birth Guide Package provides focused support for your birthing experience, ensuring you feel prepared and cared for during your labor and delivery. It includes:

• Initial Consultation (90 min) - We use this time to discuss your support preferences and get to know each other and how we can work together.

• 3-5 Prenatal Appointments: We'll meet before your birth to discuss your fears, hopes, and wishes, “your dream birth”, create a birth plan, go over comfort measures, advocacy coaching, discuss childbirth and birth partner education, and build a strong connection overall.

• Optional: Birth art and journaling workshops

• Virtual Birth Support - I will be there virtually coaching you during early labor

• On-Call: I will be on-call two weeks before and after your due date.

• Continuous Birth Support: I'll be by your side, providing physical and emotional support during active labor, birth and for up to three hours after birth.

• My Doula Bag is YOURS: As your doula, I’ll bring everything needed to help create a calm, supportive birth environment. This includes candles, soft lighting, essential oils with a diffuser, and a speaker for your birth playlist. I also provide comfort measures like massage, rebozo techniques for movement and positioning, a TENS unit for natural pain relief, and light snacks to keep your energy up.

• One Postpartum Visit: A three hour wellness visit: birth debriefing, breastfeeding help, help with baby, and any necessary referrals.

• Access to Resource Library: Gain access to a curated collection of digital resources and books on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
